Heartland

The land was beautiful
once.

Paved with lively greens,
it was a playground for wilds.
Life blossomed
once.
Photobucket
And there came
a troop of people,
invaders.

ArrivedPhotobucket with
tractors and bulldozers,
land cleared.

Green floor disappeared,
wilds gone,
life perished.
Photobucket
One vehicle,
two vehicles,
three vehicles,
endless of vehicles landed.

Landed nothing but,
a truck of waste;
a truck of trash;
a truck of sins;
and a truck of hatreds.
Photobucket
The land was a pain.

Paved with deadly soil,
it was a grave for wilds.
Life ached.
Photobucket
And there came
a troop of people,
saviours.
Photobucket
Arrived with
compassion and affection,
land revived.

Spirited ground,
smiley wilds,
life grinned.
Photobucket
One lawn,
two shrubs,
three bushes,
the land is back.

Back with,
a family of ant,
a family of butterflie,
a family of bird,
and a family of entity.
Photobucket
The land is beautiful
now.

P.S This piece is inspired by a park that i usually go for a walk. It was a landfill site before, which now turned into a beautiful park, perfect for a walk and a peace of mind.

Always the same

A paper,
white,clean,pure.
Perfection.

Comes,
without a flaw,
without a sin.

Purity.
Photobucket
Time walks,
invaded.

The paper,
starts to change.
Photobucket
Dusted,
its skin turns grey.

Uncoloured skin
lies within,
being disguised.
PhotobucketPhotobucket
It was torn
into pieces.

Once,
Twice,
a few times.
Photobucket
Numerous journey travelled,
its adventure
written all over.
Photobucket
There are marks,
lines and scratches;
black,red,silver,yellow,green,
in every colour.
Photobucket
So unfamiliar,
with its new twisted,
transfigured face.

It looks,
so different.
Photobucket
Yet,
it's still
the same paper
lies underneath;
white,clean,pure.
Perfection.
Photobucket
Nothing ever changed.

Winner

Darling,
I have something
to tell.
Photobucket
You are
a toxicant,
with saccharine coating.

Sweet,
as hell.
Photobucket
You have me wondering,
dreaming,
haunting,
and wanting.

You are everything
bewitching.
Photobucket
You made me addicted,
attached,
blinded,
and
needed.

You are wicked.
Photobucket
Don't,
shoot me that smile
yet,
that's something i
don't
get.

It feels good,
when you joke;
it feels better,
when you console;
it feels the best,
when you
lied?

What,
a smile.
Photobucket
Don't,
don't speak.

You mix
thoughts
and lies.

Things,
I only say
yes.
Photobucket
Take,
the forbidden hand
away.

They are
hers.
Photobucket
Look at me.

I have been
to hell,
and broke
the spell.

I won.
Photobucket
It's time,
time to go;
and I can
finally go.

P.S i am sorry for my lack of posting. cause i am now having my A-Level mock exam, so things are a bit crazy here. I will reply all your comments soon. I promise! :)

Weeping dance

A cigarette lits,
falls,
hits
the innocent weeds.

Heat,
rests on the dry dirt.
Photobucket
A spark starts,
one awakes,
a second awakes,
a third awakes,
everyone awakes.

One join,
another join,
more join,
unity.

A fire bursts.
Photobucket
Wind passes,
blows;
fire grows,
moves.

A tree catches,
dances
in the flaming red blaze.
Photobucket
Sparkles jump,
bounce,
hop
everywhere.

A dancing group
in burning fire.
Photobucket
They dance,
and dance,
and dance.

For a minute.
For an hour.
For a day.
For a week.
For,
ever?
Photobucket
Wind passes,
blows;
fire growls,
flutters.

A tree catches,
cries,
in the flaming red blaze.
Photobucket
Weeds cry,
shrubs cry,
trees cry,
the once blessed land,
cry.

Echidnas cry,
lyre birds cry,
wombats cry,
the merry kangeroos
cry.
PhotobucketPhotobucket
People cry.
Photobucket
Only,
the sky doesn't cry.

Little recipe for a smile

Plastering a smile
on my face,
never takes much.

Never.

Perhaps,
some bits
and
pieces?
Photobucket
Item number one:

Feeling the first,
first sun ray
in the morning.

Knowing,
I am alive.
Photobucket
Item number two:

Landing on
an abandoned field
in the rural.

Examine
how life
starts,
once agaPhotobucketin.

Item number three:

A few
drawing papers,
pencils,
brushes
to draw.

Colourizing
my little world.
Photobucket
Photobucket
Item number four:

Staying crazy,
wild,
and outrageous
with friends.

Taste
the sweetness
of
youth.
Photobucket
Item number five:

He,
walking side by side;
and holds my hand
tightly.

I hear,
the loving song
everywhere.
Photobucket
Item number n:

Listen to
the heart;
following its
beats.

Search,
for the spirit
living within.
Photobucket
It's done, it's over.

A smile
is here,
blossoming.

P.S Care to share your recipe for a smile too?

One Last Time

I cannot,
forget that day.

No,
I cannot.

You face,
is still
haunting me.
Photobucket
The ambulance shrieked,
my head turned,
and there you were.
Photobucket
Whitened cheek,
widen eyes,
opened mouth;
a face,
I could not recognize.
Photobucket
Was that you?
I thought not.
Was that you?
I hoped not.
Was that you?
I prayed not.

Was that really you?
I surrendered,
it was.
Photobucket
That,
was the one last time
I saw you,
in flesh.
Photobucket
Now,
you are here.

Sleeping like
a baby.
Photobucket
Rosy cheek,
closed eyes,
soft lips;
a face,
I once know.

Only, Photobucket
missed a soul.
Photobucket
This is the day,
I remember.

The day,
you slipped away.
